Hi, I’m Hannah!

I am the Career Strategist, Coach and Managing Member behind Anew Strategy LLC. I work with individuals and organizations who feel stalled or disconnected from their purpose and goals.

As a former talent acquisition leader, I have spent over 15 years working across a range of industries and gaining valuable insight into how organizations and leaders make decisions when it comes to their people. Through it all, my commitment has always been to helping individuals navigate their career journeys with confident clarity. My approach helps you sharpen your thinking, shift perspective - if needed, and build momentum for a path forward that feels right for you.

    Career Coaching

    You bring the topic - we will align on your specific goals for the session. Through our discussion, you’ll gain insight to guide the development of actions plans to fit your needs.

    Format:

    1:1, 45-minute virtual sessions 

    Commitment:

    Sessions sold in packages of 4, with each package to be used within a 6-week time frame

    Pricing:

    Package pricing varies based on the client’s experience level

    Coaching sessions are purchased in a package (minimum of 4 sessions)

    The topic is set - we will assess your current state, discuss your goals, and develop an action plan and the necessary deliverables to fit your needs.

    Format:

    1:1, 45 minute virtual sessions 

    Commitment:
